**What's the opportunity?**
- You will work closely with the Personal Lending and Automotive Sales teams and relevant product and operations teams to develop and execute marketing and communications initiatives that promote our products to our customers. **What will you be doing?**
- You will be working closely with the product marketing manager supporting working across a broad spectrum of marketing activity to:

- Update and create versions of marketing website pages via a WordPress style content management system.
- Manage competing priorities for various stakeholders with maturity, leveraging relationships to ensure respectful, efficient solutions.
- In collaboration with the product marketing manager, monitor and analyse product marketing performance metrics, including engagement rates, customer feedback, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Deliver a wide range of assets that adhere to brand guidelines eg: print ads, signage, social creative, -PowerPoint presentations, e-guides and flyers, ad banners, and merchandise.

- With a can-do attitude, you will be comfortable learning to take on many tasks, from campaign delivery to event support and marketing material design.
- You are a problem-solver with the ability to manage competing priorities, escalating risks and roadblocks, to ensure timely resolution of tasks: if you don't know the answer you'll keep investigating and connecting with colleagues to get to the source of the problem until it's fixed
- You will possess a high level of energy and an aptitude for technical digital tasks. You may not have hands-on experience with many of our tools, so you'll need to be fast to learn new skills alongside our experts to upskill quickly.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills: you are comfortable information sourcing and communicating appropriately about your tasks and priorities with team members across all levels of the business.
- You have a customer-centric, growth mindset: always thinking about how we can better interact with our customers and colleagues to be the best team at Plenti. If your day isn't filled, you'll go looking for someone to help or pursue an idea to make our work more effective or efficient.
- You are a team player and know how to bring a sense of fun to work every day. Of course, Marketing is the best team in the business - and we're always sought after to attend and assist with Plenti's social events
