**Your new company**

**Your new role**

As the Brisbane office Receptionist, you will play a vital role in the company, creating positive first impressions and providing exceptional service to both staff and visitors to the office.

**Key duties will include**
- Act as first point of contact for corporate clients and company staff
- Manage office orders e.g. catering, stationery
- Set up and maintain meeting rooms
- Coordinate staff and visitor passes
- Ad hoc support to Facilities team

**What you'll need to succeed**

As the first point of contact for the business, you will be corporate, reliable and professional. You will have some experience in a similar role and be confident liaising with people in person and over the phone. Furthermore, you will have an immaculate personal presentation and a go-getter attitude.
