Administrative Support Officer

**About the Role**:
Full-time, 6 month maternity leave contract with the potential to extend, based at Ormeau.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilise various portals and apps, including Skyline and Client-specific platforms.
- Generate purchase orders and ensure invoicing deadlines are met.
- Maintain crucial spreadsheets essential for contract management.
- General reception duties, including stock management and event organisation.
**About You**:
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
- Progressive, team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage and adapt to changing workload, and set priorities with minimum supervision.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- High customer service skills and attention to detail required.
