Group Marketing Administrative Assistant

The JPL Group incorporates Prouds the Jewellers, Angus & Coote and Goldmark stores throughout Australia with over 450 stores and 5000 Team Members nationwide. As Australia's largest family owned Jewellery retailer, we pride ourselves on our high standards and drive for success.
We currently have an opportunity for a customer focused Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Summer Hill Support Office. This is an onsite role with parking, walking distance from all public transport.
**Your role and responsibilities will include**:
- Administrative duties within the Marketing/Merchandising team
- Helping to ensure all marketing deadlines are met.
- Assist in the development of in store promotional material (including price tickets and posters).
- Helping to proof catalogue artwork.
- Assisting with the posting of social media content.
- Uploading artwork to company websites.
- Maintaining an up-to-date record of store poster requirements.
- Coordinating the in-store music system.
- Help ensure all aspects of the website are up to date.
- Answer and action marketing requests and queries from stores.
- Liaising with Regional and Area Managers.
**Key competencies to succeed in the role include**:
- Retail experience is essential.
- Relevant marketing qualifications ideal, but not essential.
- Strong administrative experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards are a must.
- Customer service-focused attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
