We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Design Managers for a major social infrastructure opportunity in Perth which aims to deliver lasting benefits and create a positive legacy for the people of Western Australia.

Your focus will include:
- Lead and manage all design phases, from conceptual development through construction documentation and completion.- Ensure designs align with project goals, budget, and timeline.- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated and functional design solutions.- Develop and manage design schedules and milestones.- Review and approve design documents, ensuring quality and accuracy.- Identify and mitigate risks related to design and construction integration.- Collaborate with clients, end-users, and consultants to gather requirements, present design updates, and address concerns.- Act as the primary liaison between design and construction teams, ensuring seamless communication.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in design management, with at least 5 years specialising in healthcare projects (hospitals, outpatient facilities, etc.).- Proven track record of delivering complex healthcare construction projects on time and within budget.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.- Ability to balance creative innovation with practical implementation.- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams.
