**THE ROLE**

As Product Development Specialist you will be a key member of the New Product team, reporting directly to the Head of New Product. This role is instrumental in the successful implementation of product development initiatives within the education and care sector, playing a critical role in shaping the organisation’s future. You will be responsible for executing new product development, from market validation through to implementation, ensuring our offerings are user-centric, data-driven and aligned with our strategic goals.

This is an exciting new role for our organisation, based in East Malvern. We offer a hybrid working model.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Solid project management skills, and experience in implementation and execution
- Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle
- High level organisational and time management skills including the ability to manage workflows and balance competing priorities to ensure timely processing to meet deadlines
- Strong communication, negotiation, and written skills, including the ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to rapidly learn new information as well as to be flexible, agile, and responsive to changing organisational or project needs
- Innovative mindset and commercial acumen
