**THE COMPANY**
Located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, our client is a boutique property that boasts career progression through its extensive company portfolio. They are currently seeking a talented Hotel BDM - Corporate to join their dynamic team.

**THE ROLE**
- Maintain and surpass sales KPIs within allocated regions and accounts
- Expand and fulfill strategic plans to achieve sales KPIs and increase customer base
- Develop and retain solid, long-term customer affiliations
- Collaborate with customers to work out their business objectives

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Strong sales executive experience, meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Sales executive or sales manager experience in a similar role
- Solid organisational, interpersonal, relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills
- Well-developed time management and prioritising skills
- Ability to develop business opportunities via extensive networking with industry contacts
