An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Success Manager to join our Sydney-based team.

Your Role

**As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for**:
Supporting customers on our online platform Lt.
Building loyalty among your customer
Providing customer feedback to ensure continual improvement to the product
Addressing customer issues all while ensuring the existing renewals and expansions.
Working collaboratively with Educators, LabTechnicians, IT professionals
Developing and maintaining strong market awareness and a superb understanding of the product range.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you'll have a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for science education and technology. Laboratory research or familiarity with electronics and scientific/biomedical laboratory equipment is preferred, as well as demonstrated experience in life science fields such as physiology and pharmacology. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent, enthusiastic person looking to grow within a supportive, progressive company.

- Ability to travel frequently
