**ABOUT THE POSITION**

This position is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and focused team who take pride in the delivery of a high quality, market leading, Australian-made product.

Based in our Balcatta Branch as an Account Representative you would be supporting the Regional Business Development Manager to provide clients with a complete and cohesive experience to ensure retention of existing customers and contribute to the growth of business opportunities.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction with Alcolizer products.
- Be the point of contact for customers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence and records.
- Action tactical sales, quotes and order processing
- Assist with regional marketing and trade event activities.
- Collect and analyse data
- Acting as client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience

**ABOUT YOU**

We are seeking a motivated Account Representative who has a proven track record of achieving outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

You will have the confidence to interact with people from a broad range of cultural and social backgrounds to gain trust and build lasting relationships.

The ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively and deliver results against tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude is essential.

**To be successful in the role you require**:

- Previous experience within a sales or service role
- High level customer service tenacity
- Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
- Computer literacy with the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to listen, communicate and relate to others in the professional environment.
- You must have unrestricted Australian work rights and live in Australia to be considered for this position.
- A degree in business, management or marketing would be an advantage but is not essential._
