CPL is seeking a dynamic Lease Manager to support the strategic objectives of our diverse multi-brand commercial portfolio across Queensland and Northern NSW. Reporting directly to the General Manager - Property, you will be providing comprehensive transaction management and lease administration for all CPL sites (leasehold and short term). Your primary focus will be to work closely with key internal stakeholders to align property strategy with fit for purpose leasing solutions across the CPL portfolio.

**About the role**:
Your ability to identify leasing opportunities, negotiate and manage transactions to attain ‘best value’ for CPL and manage the end-to-end lease process will be key to your success. Property arrangements vary greatly from small, short term hire agreements to long term leases for commercial space. This role will suit someone that is willing to flex between ‘doing the deal’ and accurately managing administration.

**Selection criteria includes**:

- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Lease Executive or an aligned property related discipline (in an occupier environment preferable but not mandatory).
- Ability to think strategically.
- Ability to deal with multiple negotiations and matters concurrently.
- Goal oriented and focused on meeting targets.
- Demonstrated experience in managing key internal senior stakeholder relationships and requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to operate as a key member of the property team.
- High level of financial acumen, including achieving budget targets.
- Willingness to travel within state to meet the requirements of the role.
- Current driving C class driving license.
- NDIS Clearance and Blue Card will be required to start.
- COVID-19 full vaccination required.
