Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with a passion for customer service? The Original Tugun Bakery is seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in the bustling bakery industry while gaining a Certificate 3 in Business (BSB30120).

As a Sales Trainee, you'll play a vital role in our bakery team, serving customers with a smile and ensuring they have a memorable experience.

**About The Bakery**:
Established in 1975, The Original Tugun Bakery has been a beloved local institution for over 44 years, offering freshly baked bread, pastries, and delicious treats. The bakery is not only known for its delectable delights but also for its commitment to quality, using farm-to-palm coffee beans from Fonzie Abbott roasters to create the perfect cup of coffee.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Operating the till and handling customer transactions
- Assisting customers in selecting bakery items and answering any queries they may have
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Participating in training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, including Wednesdays to Fridays (and possibly Tuesdays)
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
