As our Digital Media Manager, you will have the freedom to gain hands-on experience with some of the leading global consumer products such as Finish, Vanish, Mortein, Pine O Cleen, Airwick and more

- Working across several of our brands

**On the day to day you are..**
- Leading the planning, creation, and on-going management of Social, Programmatic and Search campaigns
- Proactively performing regular optimization, monitoring market changes and identifying development opportunities
- Creating and leading the execution of development and testing plans including working with the media teams
- Preparing presentations and leading on performance calls and face to face meetings
- Working with the media & brand team to devise campaign strategy and translate this into campaign delivery
- Supporting the education of our brand teams on the benefits and purpose of digital media
- Making full use of the technology available, implementing processes and practices that maximize operational efficiencies
- Taking responsibility for junior team members and help their development

**You'll succeed if you...**
- Have experience media agency, media planning & buying experience
- Have some experience in managing self-service solutions platforms, including DV360, FB, Snap etc
- Are well versed in identifying and generating media insightful reports and decks
- Have Strong stakeholder management, communication skills and the ability to manage and keep others/teams on track.
- Strong coordination, time management and attention to detail is critical
