In this role, you will be joining a team of real estate professionals who will be able to offer support and training to help progress your career.

This is a fantastic opportunity that has become available for a Commercial Property Manager within a supportive and friendly team environment.

**Duties including**:

- Portfolio** **of 220 properties predominantly commercial and retails with the odd industrial property.
- Looking to grow portfolio to 150 within the next 20 months
- Develop relationships with owners
- Work very closely with Business Development Manager
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections.
- Manage arrears.
- Organise repairs and maintenance and liaise with tradespeople.
- Oversee rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings.
- Preparation and lodgement of insurance claims
- Opportunities for regular training and professional development

**Skills and experience**
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Commercial Property Manager (would be higher end of salary)
- Current Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate Licence essential
- Must have a strong knowledge of the NSW real estate legislation.
- Knowledge of Property Tree and Maintenance Manager an advantage but not essential
- Valid driver’s licence and roadworthy and registered vehicle essential
- Excellent time management, great organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
- Impeccable presentation
- Honest and reliable
