Sales Administrator

**About the role**

This role will be based in Henderson reporting into the Sales Manager. The Sales Administrators role is to support the Mining Wear Parts (MWP) sales team by providing administer services to the salespeople as requested by them, this will involve the following duties;
- Processing orders
- Provide quotes to customers
- Process delivery documents
- Track orders and deliveries
- Liaising with customers
- Answering phone calls
- Running sales report
- Assist in compiling tender documents

**About you**
- 5 years experience in a similar position
- Experience in using ERP Systems
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficient in Word and Excel
