We are on the hunt for a dynamic Workplace Communications Officer to manage our internal communication efforts and support enterprise bargaining projects. Reporting to the General Manager - Industrial Relations, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Visy People team in relation to key activities requiring communications support ensuring our messages resonate across the organization.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Develop & Execute Communication Plans**: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies for our enterprise bargaining projects, ensuring alignment with Visy’s strategic goals.
- **Employee Engagement**: Craft messages that resonate with our team, fostering understanding and engagement during the bargaining process.
- **Support Change Management**: Assist in preparing and communicating changes resulting from enterprise bargaining, ensuring seamless adoption across the organization.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with HR, Workplace Relations Managers, and site managers to deliver consistent and effective communication.

**What You Bring**:

- **Experience**: Proven track record in end-to-end communications planning and delivery, particularly in a workplace or industrial relations context.
- **Skills**: Exceptional writing and digital communication abilities, adept at translating complex information into plain English.
- **Influence**: Strong advocacy skills with the ability to impact engagement and drive positive discussions.
- **Organization**: Superior time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects without missing deadlines.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- **Innovation**: A proactive mindset with a knack for continuous improvement and innovative communication strategies.
