**About the role**

Do you thrive in a dynamic environment? We're seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator to join our client in Hawthorn. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities over time, making it your own. We're looking for someone with a strong administrative background, ideally experienced in bidding and tenders, who can take initiative and work autonomously. You'll report to the Office Manager and collaborate with various stakeholders across the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage overall tender processes, including identification of potential tenders and gathering content
- Provide excellent written communication skills for submissions and proofread submissions
- Coordinate deadlines for submission documents and assist with post-tender clarifications
- Format presentations and maintain submissions templates
- Update and manage marketing materials, including website and social media presence
- Assist with database management, IT issues, and general administrative tasks

- Strong administrative background, ideally in bidding and tenders
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Positive attitude and professional team interaction
- Must have full working rights in Australia
