We are currently creating a world-leading centre for innovation on-site at Macquarie University that represents a new era for hearing and vision loss. This nationally significant social infrastructure project will be a place to nurture, trial and share new ideas and form new partnerships that will drive better outcomes for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or have low vision.

**About the role**

The End User Computing Analyst (EUCA) is a full-time temporary position available for a 12-month period reporting directly to our Head of Technology. This role is currently based at North Rocks, but we will be relocating to Macquarie Park in the first half of this year. The role is responsible for providing best-in-class first level technical services to end users in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Track, assign and escalate customer issues as required.
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of issues.
- Maintain an up-to-date register of high value IT assets including but not limited to computers, mobile phones, tablets and software licenses.
- Create documentation as required to support knowledge sharing.
- Actively contribute to improve the End User Computing team operation and the overall end user technology experience.
- Follow the NextSense technology security guidelines.

- Certificate IV in Information Technology or equivalent.
- 18 months experience in providing IT Service Desk Support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- A current NSW driver’s licence.
- Cleared pre-screening checks including criminal record check and Working with Children check.
