**Your new role**

The Lead People Experience Partner will partner with key groups across the Fund. This position acts as a strategic business partner, providing professional, expert guidance and support with the objective of building the culture and capability of the organisation to deliver high performance.

Some key responsibilities but not limited to:

- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the Chiefs and People Leaders in the relevant groups.
- Assist with the delivery of a C&C plan for the relevant which is aligned to the Groups’ Strategy, the Fund’s Strategy, and the People and Culture Roadmap.
- Contribute to achieving a unified and values driven culture across the broader Fund.
- Provide C&C advice, support, and solutions to colleagues on a wide range of strategic and, at times, operational people issues.

**What you’ll need**
- Strong experience as a Human Resources professional, ideally with exposure to financial services.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations.
- Experience managing and developing others to achieve high performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including confidence to work with senior leaders of an organisation.
- Exceptional relationship building and influencing skills.
- Strong customer service focus with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Open and responsive to change.
