**The Role on offer**

This role is an opportunity for those seeking to gain valuable experience in customer identification (Applicable Customer Identification Procedures (ACIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) at onboarding for non-individual customers - which underpins Suncorp’s obligation to Protecting Our Customers. This will also include maintaining and enhancing KYC compliance practices within Business Banking.

**What you’ll do in a snapshot**
- Design, develop, and deliver training materials, modules, and resources for employees involved in KYC processes.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of KYC-related process changes.
- Identify potential challenges and resistance to change and develop mitigation plans.
- Analyse current KYC processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements that streamline KYC procedures while maintaining compliance.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure KYC procedures are aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of training programs, change management initiatives, and process improvement efforts.

**What you’ll bring**
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and change management, preferably in a financial institution or within KYC compliance.
- Strong knowledge of KYC regulations, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements, and related industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and training development tools.
