Job Description:
We are an Inner Sydney Tattoo Studio; currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a part-time Tattoo Studio Manager.

As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our tattoo studio, with a focus on social media management, artist support and studio growth and development.

We are a studio full of fantastic and friendly artists, boasting a safe and relaxed atmosphere. The right person for this job is outgoing, friendly and most importantly can take the initiative to support them and the business so that our artists can focus on their art

This position requires someone who can work diligently with mínimal supervision and is passionate about the tattoo industry and supporting the growth of the studio and artists.

**Responsibilities**:
'* Manage the day-to-day operations of the tattoo studio, with a focus on cleanliness and organisation, coordinating with artists, greeting customers and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Takes initiative to develop and implement strategies to increase studio visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Create content for and manage social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok) to promote the studio, showcase artists' work.
- Maintain inventory and supplies, ensuring the studio is well-stocked with necessary equipment at all times.
- Record keeping for stock that has been ordered and general accounting for the studios expenses.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as maintaining client records, processing payments, and managing appointment scheduling software.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar management role or within the tattoo industry is preferred.
- Proficient in multiple social media platforms and experience managing business accounts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to take ideas and requests and independently conduct research into viability with follow through to manage and complete projects.
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage the studio's day-to-day operations effectively.
- Knowledge of tattoo equipment, sterilization procedures, and safety protocols is a plus; but we can teach the right person
- Availability on Wednesdays and Saturdays is required, flexibility for other days and times may include evenings and weekends, based on the studio's schedule.
- Must be reliable, punctual, dedicated, and able to work in an efficient manner.

Please note that this is a part-time position, with an average of 15-20hours per week. We expect the position will grow for the right person who is able to utilise the time well and demonstrate the value of the increase to full time role.

This role does NOT have the potential to change into a tattoo apprenticeship at any point.
