**OVERVIEW**

Our Federal Government client is currently seeking multiple experienced Delivery and Engagement Officers to join their team at the APS4/5 level. Within this role you will provide a range of administrative duties and support to various stakeholders.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Providing contract administrative support which includes, mailbox management, assessing and processing claims, undertaking program assurance activities to ensure procedural compliance, stakeholder liaison.
- Collating data to inform performance reporting and
- support program management.
- Investigating and managing moderately complex issues regarding frontline service delivery and provider operations under limited direction.
- General project and administrative duties and general
- record keeping duties.
- Undertaking research and analysis.
- Managing and building positive relationships with internal
- and external stakeholders and liaising with them in a professional manner.

**EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS**
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including representational skills and the ability to provide clear and accurate advice to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work to deadlines, to work with limited supervision and to contribute to team tasks.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, program guidelines and contractual frameworks and provide evidence-based advice.
- Initiative, flexibility, and a demonstrated capacity to solve problems and work effectively with others.
- The ability to build positive, collaborative working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and anticipate and respond to diverse stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Proficient administrative skills are desirable.
- Understanding of government processes is desirable.
- Experience in contract and/or project management is desirable.
- Experience with reporting and data analysis is desirable.
