They have an opening for a superstar Administrator to join them. Reporting to the Administration Manager the responsibilities are as follows:
**MAINTENANCE CO-ORDINATOR/PERMITS**
- Client Liaison (requests, queries and provide appropriate
solutions and alternatives within the timeframe.)
- Pre-Construction Administration (lodging documents for approvals and permits)
- Maintenance (liaise with clients regarding requests, book in trades, maintain register)
- Daily reporting
- Keeping Systems up to date (onsite Companion)
- Other reasonable duties as requested by the Construction Administration Manager.
To be successful in either of these roles, you will have:
- Previous experience in a fast paced administration role within residential construction industry is essential
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proficient in Onsite Companion software is preferred
- Backed with good references
