**The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Support professional to join our team in Castle Hill. In this role, you will support a small sales team with the potential to step into an account management role in the future. You will be responsible for managing sales processes, liaising with customers, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations within the team. This is an office-based position with working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team with day-to-day operations, including quoting, order processing, and liaising with suppliers and customers.
- Develop a strong understanding of channel purchasing and supply processes.
- Participate in offsite training and industry events.
- Travel occasionally (a few days each month) to meet with clients and attend sales events.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Provide administrative and systems support to streamline sales processes.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in technology Sales Support, ideally within a reseller or vendor environment.
- Systems-focused with a clear understanding of channel purchasing and supply chains.
- Strong written communication skills, essential for customer interactions and documentation.
- Ability to travel independently for client meetings and events.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and ERP systems would be highly valued.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to learn.
