**The Role**
Our Culture & Change Team has an exciting opportunity as an Organisational Culture Specialist. Your role is to empower our people to achieve our desired workplace culture through key people strategies, programs and initiative that embed Council's Purpose of "Together we create a great city we love" and our Ambition to "Create a community that loves their community". In this strategic role, you will do this through engagement, consultation and collaboration with leaders and team members across the organisation to build our culture, drive employee engagement and deliver people strategies and change solutions to help us achieve our strategic outcomes.
- This opportunity will be offered on a temporary full-time basis until March 2025.

**Duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, develop and implement strategies to improve organisational culture and performance;
- Design, develop and manage delivery of organisational wide projects, employee engagement initiatives, staff forums and change management programs;
- Coach and provide best practice advice and guidance to stakeholders on organisational development, corporate culture, change management and employee engagement;
- Develop and implement key deliverables from Council’s Workforce Management Strategy and the Unit Delivery Plan;
- Lead Reward and Recognition, Succession Planning, Talent Management initiatives, utilising workforce analytics and industry trends to identify skill and capability shortages.

**You will have**:

- Relevant experience in Organisational Development, Learning and Development, Human Resources, Organisational Culture or related industry;
- Knowledge and experience implementing organisational wide strategic employee engagement initiatives, change management or culture programs;
- Class C Driver’s Licence.

The salary range for this opportunity commences at $97,993 (Grade H, Step 1) + 11% super. Salary may be negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
