CitiPower and Powercor Australia are electricity distributors and supply power to more than one million Victorians. We own and manage the technology - poles, wires, meters and distributed technologies such as storage - that deliver electricity to homes and businesses within Melbourne’s CBD, its suburbs and across central and western Victoria.

**About the Role**:
Working within the Network Services business unit, the purpose of the role is to maintain, plan and manage the construction workload for a specific portfolio of our works program in accordance with business needs and ensure it is optimised to meet financial & performance goals.

We are looking for a driven and passionate individual what will be able to assist and add value to process optimisation within the works planning function.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain an accurate rolling 12-month portfolio workload and network forecast, ensuring accurate representation of forward workloads
- Advise and collaborate with relevant resource management roles and delivery teams to support development of optimal program timelines, risk mitigation techniques, and resource utilisation plans
- Monitor and report on progress of key projects and programs against target milestones and KPIs, and assist with review of the program delivery
- Identify and help address risks affecting program delivery, along with opportunities for improvements and adjustments that will help optimise works delivery options
- Review program delivery with key stakeholders to ensure improvements are captured and implemented

**Required skills and experience**:

- Knowledge of the electricity transmission and distribution networks (including design) or previous experience within Distribution and/or Transmission networks
- Strong working knowledge of SAP
- Understanding of Works program and capacity planning principles and associated commercial acumen
- Ability to utilise forecasts and reporting to analyse and identify trends to support workload and capacity planning decision making
- Advanced Diploma qualification in ESI Power Systems or a relevant technical trade or project management discipline (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar type role
