**Case Manager**:
NSW - Sydney CBD Workers Compensation Full Time

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Join our **Sydney **IFNSW team and manage your own portfolio of workers compensation claims. Liaise with injured workers, their employers, and Allied Health professionals. You will also work with internal specialists to create a strategic plan to help injured workers get back into work as quickly and safely as possible.

This will be a **permanent** position based in the George Street office with work from home flexibility.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take responsibility of a full portfolio of workers compensation claims with a focus on physical and psychological based injuries
- Work together and maintain relationships with injured workers, their employers and several external stakeholders to help the injured worker back to work as quickly and safely as possible
- Work with our Injury Management Specialists to develop and implement a plan to assist the injured workers’ return to work journey

**ABOUT YOU**
- You pride yourself on giving world class customer service and have experience building a rapport and collaborative relationships with each customer
- Proactive, self-motivated and can think creatively when engaging with stakeholders such as workers and employers.
- Experience managing, negotiating and influencing positive outcomes
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
- Passion for resolving conflicts and can handle challenging conversations
