We are seeking a dynamic
**Part-Time College Reception Secretary **as the “face” of St Teresa’s Catholic College for all visitors.

Under the direction of the EA to the Principal, this role is key to the communications within a busy college environment which requires exceptional task prioritisation, judgement, discretion and professionalism

**About the role**:
There is a range of tasks in a variety of contexts within this key role.

**About you**:
The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- previous experience in a similar role
- ability to perform a range of secretarial duties with a high level of competency
- initiative, attention to detail with the ability to work in a busy office environment within a small team
- highly developed written and spoken communication skills are desired with ability to respond to enquiries from staff, students, parents and the general public
- exceptional organisational skills and be able to demonstrate sound judgement, confidentiality, and discretion
- First Aid & CPR certification is a requirement of this role, should you not have this accreditation your ability to obtain this is required
- To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
