**About the Role**

This **initial 6 month contract assignment at Kwinana** will have you working Monday-Friday (11 hour days), during the delivery of a tilt-up warehouse and workshop building. It is intended that this B **UILDING SUPERVISOR** role will evolve into a permanent role given current and future new projects expected to be awarded in coming months. This role would be an ideal position for a **BUILDING SUPERVISOR** with around 5+ years’ commercial building and fitout experience, who is looking to remain in the Perth metro region (no FIFO), while working on an interesting commercial building project. For logistics reasons it would suit someone currently living South of the River in Perth. You will lead and guide a team of around 25-30 direct staff and subcontractors, and coordinate materials, machinery and equipment to ensure the project is delivered on time and under budget. Most importantly you will drive a “no harm” safety culture in line with the client’s safety management plan. On offer will be a **terrific hourly rate of CIRCA $75-80/hr + Super** which will be based on your existing level of experience.

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements**
- Approximately 5+ years’ of commercial building experience as a **BUILDING SUPERVISOR or SITE SUPERVISOR** for contractors in Australia
- Proven success working as **BUILDING SUPERVISOR or SITE SUPERVISOR** on commercial building projects involving ”tilt up” and fitout scopes in Australia
- Strong all-round communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead crews of up to 25+ staff and subbies
- Currently Perth based with existing rights to work in Australia
- Able to supply two favorable references from the last 5 years
- Available to start within the next 2-4 weeks
