For more than 30 years we have specialised in repairs to domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, impact and malicious damage. Our experienced and dynamic team understands the complexities involved with the insurance repair process, and work together to deliver the most professional, accessible and comprehensive building service available industry wide.

The Construction Manager is required to mentor and lead the construction team consisting of supervisors and project coordinators. Projects range from small, medium to large domestic and commercial construction repairs. The Construction Manager is responsible for the timely completion of budget breakdowns for the tender process and, upon authority of repairs, working onsite to deliver timely and service focused repairs.

The Construction Manager will have multiple projects and is ultimately responsible for all site based operations such as quality assurance, customer service and delivery of budgets and construction schedules. The role involves working closely with state operations and company directors.

**Key Professional Skills and Qualifications (desirable)**:

- Solid construction supervision experience in small, medium to large, domestic and commercial construction repairs.
- Proven skills in construction estimating for building repairs to both domestic and commercial properties.
- Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, trades and suppliers.
- Thorough understanding the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements.
- Ability to interpret plans and engineers drawings.
- Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards.
- Experience in the insurance repair industry is highly advantageous.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Office MS Project and Excel programs.
