**About the Role**

As our new  **Duty Manager, **you will control the day to day operations of all staff and fleet at our location, including the coaching of counter employees to ensure that the Customer Service and Sales process are on par with customer expectations and ensuring that all company policies are followed. This is a busy role that is critical to the operation

**What we’re looking for**
- This is a full-time position and requires availability to work 38-hours per week on a _**rotational roster**_ _that will include morning, afternoons, weekends and public holidays during our operating hours, Monday to Sunday 06:00am - 11:00pm._
- Applicants must have a **full **and **valid driver’s licence.**:

- Previous managerial and/or leadership skills within a retail, hospitality or customer service environment
- Proven experience in coaching and developing team members, delivering feedback, and managing performance of team members (highly advantageous but not essential).
- Experience in complaints handling, conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Possesses competent planning and organisation skills and can multitask as we work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure that vehicles for rent meet company standards for cleanliness, mechanical/body condition and roadworthiness
- Developing and fostering a harmonious team environment through counselling and resolving conflicts and disciplinary issues in accordance with the guidelines in collaboration with the Area Manager.
- Satisfying Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Client Service Incentive (CSI) targets set by location.
- Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision.
