So, what is the opportunity?
We’re looking for individuals with strong customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles who are eager to transition into a corporate environment. As we grow our team of Customer Service Representatives at our Brisbane office, you’ll play a key role in providing top-tier support to our clients, both locally and internationally. In this role, you’ll handle client inquiries, assist with claims, and ensure a seamless experience for all customers. If successful, our Talent Acquisition team will guide you through the onboarding process to ensure you’re set up for success in this dynamic and rewarding role. - You’ll have a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service in previous roles.
- You’ll be able to communicate effectively and fluently across the team and customers.
- You’ll have the ability to manage customer dissatisfaction with a focus on providing the right outcome by the customer and business
- You’ll be adept at handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- You’ll have the ability to empathize with customers, understanding their needs and concerns.
- You’ll be proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- You’ll demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, finding solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
- You’ll be able to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
- You’ll bring experience in working within a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of customer inquiries.
- You’ll have good tech skills and general computer competency
