We are looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join the Fishtales team. The Marketing Co-ordinator will work across a dynamic portfolio of sustainable, world-class seafood brands.

As the Marketing Co-ordinator you will be working collaboratively within a small team to help implement a range of agency services including digital and traditional marketing campaigns; from design to delivery.

This opportunity is suitable for a self-motivated, driven individual who is looking to work in a small team. This role requires a well-organized individual with the ability to switch between multiple projects on demand.

There is scope for this to be a hybrid onsite/ work-from-home role. Minimum of 3-days per week are required in the Fishtales office at Sydney Fish Market, Pyrmont.

The Role
- Work with the Fishtales’ Marketing Strategist to scope, design and present project plans for new and existing clients
- Managing the visibility and transparency of project progress internally, running project meetings, and liaising closely with clients as the project progresses
- Working with third parties to ensure design, collateral and digital assets are organized in a timely manner
- Social media management, content development and implementation - for internal and client accounts.
- Deliver all marketing and communication materials within brand guidelines and on brand
- Designing reports, pitch decks and managing/delivering basic internal creative projects
- Assisting with administrative tasks pertaining to the business
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital or social media marketing industry
- Knowledgeable in social marketing, digital trends, and best practices
- Proficient in InDesign or other design software
- Strong knowledge of trends in photography, social media, and food
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to respond quickly to multiple projects and work well under pressure, effectively handling conflicting deadlines, unexpected delays, revisions, ad hoc requests, and changing priorities
- Confident communicator
