**Your New Role**

Join us as a key player in our dynamic team, where accuracy meets efficiency. As the Purchasing Coordinator, your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of our products and components. From identifying the right suppliers to maintaining a tight grip on inventory control, your attention to detail and proactive approach will be the driving force behind our procurement success.

**Day to Day**
- **Purchase Management**: Source and purchase finished goods and components from various suppliers.
- **Order Oversight**: Skillfully manage open purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries.
- **Inventory Control**: Keep the system updated by accurately receipting in stock.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review quality documents from suppliers and address any issues promptly.
- **Collaborative Support**: Assist the Inventory Controller and Inventory Supply and Demand planner in managing end-to-end inventory processes.
- **Issue Resolution**: Tackle and resolve issues related to product quality, pricing, and delivery.

**Your Skills**

- **Initiative and Customer Service**: Take the lead and provide top-notch customer service.
- **Pressure Handling**: Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
