**New Opportunity**

We have a new opportunity for an experienced
**Linehaul Supervisor (Allocator) **to join our growing land transport team at
**Hoxton Park**.

Reporting to the Linehaul Manager, you will plan, monitor and assist in the deliveries and pickups of loads for our customers.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Allocate, monitor and operationally schedule the daily progress of pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure all linehaul compliance responsibilities are addressed as per statutory requirements.
- Plan the runs and routes of trucks and sub-contractors by selecting the appropriate vehicle and transport company.
- Arrange pickups and deliveries to suit client requirements and inform stakeholders of any problems or delays.
- Work with the warehouse team-leader or supervisor to ensure seamless flow of loading activities.
- Maintain and update shipment status using the Transport Management System
- Ensure POD’s and other documentation are collected for processing, and customer’s payments are returned to the accounts department.
- Conduct site inspections and complete JSA’s when required.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience working within a Transport environment.
- Previous experience with Allocation, strong transport administration and compliance.
- General knowledge of relevant legislations and authorities impacting your area of responsibility principles.
- Planning & Discipline to structure and Performance measurement.
- General understanding of Freight Forwarding systems including (Translogix) Transport Management System & Warehouse Management Systems.
- Good interpersonal communication and management skills for liaising with customers.
- Team building skills, attention to detail, able to lead a team.
- Focus on reaching targets and results, and ability to improve processes.
- Ability to adapt, work collaboratively and manage change.
