**Multiple exciting permanent opportunities exist to join our Advice, Guidance and Education team as a Member Growth Representative. **We're flexible for this role to be based in Brisbane or Melbourne.**

**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a **Member Growth Representative**, you're dedicated to help our members achieve their retirement goals by providing exceptional service.

Day to day, you'll:

- Positively impact Australian Retirement Trust’s growth in funds under management and
member base using effective sales methods and client relationship
building.
- Tailor solutions through understanding members' needs and facilitate personal advice appointments.
- Deliver a consistent positive experience as measured through quality, coaching and
client feedback.

**About you**

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- You have superannuation experience and knowledge of the associated legislation
- You have a track record of achieving growth targets
- You're RG146 compliant (preferable)
