Job entails the following:
- Daily Scanning for digital archive & document filing
- Checking and placing purchase orders with overseas suppliers (experience in using Outlook)
- Checking pro-forma invoices from overseas suppliers
- Updating spreadsheets (Experience in Excel)
- Invoicing + production of related documents (Experience in Word)
- Maintaining databases of products and suppliers
- Registering and requesting documents from overseas
- Processing payment of invoices
Training is provided.
Which Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?
Do you have experience in admin?
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $59,999.00 per year
