Investment Banking Associate
- Job description

Our Client, Leading Boutique Investment Bank who are looking to grow their team with an ambitious and talented individual due to a huge growth trajectory and exceptionally high deal flow.
To support their growth, they are looking for someone to hit the ground running and be
instrumental in the execution of a diverse set of corporate advisory transactions working directly alongside the senior team members.
This firm is renowned for having an incredible culture which is collaborative and inclusive in its nature. The senior team are dedicated to the development of the juniors and to invest heavily in their talent.
Within this role you will have a diverse set of tasks and will develop rapidly. This is an

Your responsibilities will include:

- The full range of responsibilities to M&A at Associate level
- Assisting in execution of deals
- Providing advisory services to clients on strategic issues
- Leading the preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
- Creating and reviewing merger and financial model analyses
- Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for
financing and/or sell-side assignments
- Building company forecast models
- Analysing company objectives and working with management to prove-out growth story
- Analysing company performance on an absolute and relative basis
- Producing and maintaining various databases
You will have:

- Bachelor of Commerce or similar degree level qualification
- At least 5 years’ total experience in financial services, with a strong preference for at
least 3 years specific investment banking experience
- Excellent financial modelling ability
- Solid understanding of an M&A process preferably having led end to end deals first hand
- Experience writing IMs
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic

**Salary**: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
