**About the Role**:
As a Lifestyle Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of lifestyle specialists to deliver engaging lifestyle programs and activities to residents. This will include:

- Leading, developing and mentoring lifestyle Aged Care Employees (ACE) Levels 1-4, including performance management
- Designing, planning, delivering and assessing activity and lifestyle programs for residents which promote independence, respect and inclusion
- Conducting individual assessment of resident lifestyle needs and ensuring care plans and evaluations are updated
- Coordinating onsite volunteers providing support to residents
- Supporting the coordination of cultural and ‘special’ events
- Participating in the recruitment, selection and orientation of team members

**What You’ll Need**:
In order to be successful in this role, you will require the following;
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or relevant Certificate IV qualification
- Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Safe Food Handling module (or willingness to obtain)
- Great presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
