At RAA, we have an ambitious energy agenda and to help our members with the rising costs of energy. Excitingly, we’re in the final stages of launching a new energy business, RAA Energy to complement our existing solar and battery business and public EV charging network, RAA Charge.

As we embark on this exciting new energy journey, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our members. We are searching for Sales Consultants to act as the first point of contact for members enquiring about RAA Energy with a focus on sales outcomes and customer satisfaction. In addition, you will:

- Deliver achievement of allocated sales targets
- Aid retention of business by providing effective complaint resolution across management, suppliers and Members.
- Support administrative needs of the department as required.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry, and depth of information captured, using discovery questions.
- Conduct competitor comparisons, mystery shopping and provide market and regulatory updates as requested.

**About you**

You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture and will relish the prospect of working in a small, but dedicated team with a start-up mind-set. You’re passionate about helping our community (and members) and want to make a difference.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

- Strong sales background with experience in achieving and exceeding KPI’s.
- Knowledge and experience of energy product sales is desired but not essential.
- Ability and enthusiasm to sell energy services that meet the need of the Member and be confident to ask the member for the sale.
- Outstanding and positive interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills. A clear, positive and confident approach.
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on opportunities to improve our products and processes
