Our client has a strong Transport Sector focused on operations andOur client is one of the largest essential services providers in Australia and New Zealand. They are in need of a Document Controller to join their team in a 12 month temp to perm opportunity in Abbotsford. Primary Purpose:
Maintain document management consistency and control across operations and maintenance documentation during the operational phase of the North East Link project.

Key Accountabilities:

- Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
- Maintain the Document Review Management System (DRMS)
- Document management in accordance with established procedures and standards
- Process incoming and outgoing documentation
- General document control activities
- Assistance in the preparation, collation and issue of reports and registers as may be required.
- Monitor technical documents review and approval in accordance with agreed schedule.
- Establish and maintain the Master Document Register
- Collate, produce and submit QA Documentation.
- Ensure Document Management is managed accordingly to established procedures or standards (documents numbering, approvals, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording and archiving)
- Process outgoing documentation (transmit to Client, Stakeholders and Suppliers and/or Third Parties)
- Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed internally and externally (Clients and Suppliers)
- Ensure control and coordination of projects documentation and data
- Ensure all drawings and/or documentation are correctly identified, distributed and filed and/or stored

**Minimum Requirements**:
Document management experience

Good communication and teamwork skills

Methodical and rigorous approach
