**About the position**:
The Production Administrator is responsible for supporting the production team with administrative tasks and other daily duties as required.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Update and maintain Style Arcade daily, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Assist the production team with general filing, archiving and administrative tasks.
- Assist with raising Purchase orders for Trims and Fabric.
- Assist with the organisation of freight for ready-made garments and raw materials.
- Assist the production team with raising production orders and update details in AP21 for garments with offshore and local factories.
- Update order quantities in AP21 after receipt of ready-made garments into warehouse.
- Create care labels and barcode documentation for all suppliers in RTW department.
- Prepare the RTW department’s samples, trims and sample fabrics parcels for factories as required.
- Assist with measuring and quality control for bulk samples for all RTW department styles.
- Participate in meetings, performance appraisals and training as required.
- Qualification or diploma in fashion têxtiles and merchandising, fashion design or similar is desirable
- Experience in AP21 and Style Arcade software is desirable
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail; applies an organised and methodical approach to work processes.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to exercise initiative.
- The desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Ability to set priorities and work within tight timeframes and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in the Microsoft suite of programs.
