**About the Company**
Davidson Technology are currently supporting a large health department who have extensive expertise in emergency and trauma management and operates the busiest emergency department in Queensland.

We are seeking to an Architecture Manager to join on an initial 6-month contract with possible extension.

**About the Role**
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of technology architecture for digital projects within the health service, ensuring effective solutions are developed to address challenges faced by both the organisation and its consumers.

Some of your key duties and responsibilities include:

- Provide expert guidance to senior management and stakeholders regarding digital architecture, contributing to the successful planning, delivery, and sustainability of digital initiatives.
- Develop and manage a local architecture practice, creating and refining architecture artifacts and processes that align with established frameworks.
- Lead the delivery of architecture services for a range of digital projects, from complex programs to smaller initiatives, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop architecture and design documentation that aligns with policies, frameworks, and future architecture goals.
- Translate business requirements into effective design options, ensuring solutions are aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Contribute to the creation of business cases, project plans, and deliverables, including risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- Review architectural components for procurement documents and participate in due diligence reviews for new solution purchases.

**About You**
- Extensive experience in leading the delivery of digital architecture and delivering services to large, complex organisations preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Managerial experience working across multiple different teams, projects and consumer
- A relevant degree or tertiary level qualifications in Information Technology, Software Engineering or Computer Science would be well regarded.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, would be well regarded.
- A Queensland Valid open licence and the ability to travel across SEQ when required.

**The Benefits**
This exciting contract offer an initial 6 month contract with possible extension, with a **daily rate up to $993.55+ Super** and the ability to work across multiple different teams, projects and stakeholders.
