As Talent Acquisition Optimisation and Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for driving a People Centric talent experience (PX) through continuous improvement of existing ways of working, as well as identifying new opportunities to drive effectiveness across the function. You will create efficiencies in technology platforms and provide analytical support to the team to influence and drive business decision making. You will positively influencing AGL brand as an Employer of Choice and embrace a Diverse and Inclusive culture.

Key accountabilities of this role

With an understanding of current and future talent needs, you will design and execute key projects that will enhance the overall Talent Acquisition experience. To be successful in this role you will deliver the following:

- Leveraging “design thinking’ and ‘agile’ methodologies you will drive continuous improvement across our ways of working and create greater efficiency within the function.
- Use analytics to create meaningful data sets/insights to inform and influence outcomes.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Team in maintaining/optimising Workday (ATS) - BAU (excluding change releases)
- Partner with Procurement and Legal to manage governance across vendor relationships.
- Play an active role on social media to grow your own professional brand and promote AGL as an employer of choice.
- Supporting AGL’s Diversity and Inclusion agenda.

Qualifications, key skills and experience required

We are looking for passionate and deeply curious Talent Acquisition Partner/s with a desire to truly connect with the business, take ownership of optimisation across our function, and actively engage and collaborate with your teammates.

- End to end project and change management
- Demonstrated experience in driving end to end projects, ideally within a Talent Acquisition function.
- Proven reporting and analytics capability across platforms such as Workday, LinkedIn Insights, Power BI, Excel (or similar platforms)
- Experience in ‘design thinking’ and agile methodologies (or similar)

Key stakeholders & nature of relationships

You will build strong relationships across AGL Enterprise, particularly Corporate and Workplace Technology Teams to influence and persuade decision making/outcomes. Take the lead with 3rd party vendors (job boards, agencies, technology platform partners).
