We currently have a new opportunity for a Resourcing Projects Specialist to join our Maritime Australia team based in Adelaide, SA. Enjoy flexible work arrangements with the option of a 9-day fortnight and a hybrid working model.

**Your new role**:
Reporting to the Program Lead - Enterprise Resourcing, you will drive the delivery of major headcount growth initiatives across Maritime.

**Key responsibilities will see you**:

- Drive Maritime resourcing initiatives to achieve major headcount growth in line with project requirements
- Chair/facilitate resourcing project reviews, enabling progress against key milestones and project deliverables from all stakeholders involved
- Provide consistent reporting on the performance of the operational resourcing initiatives being delivered
- Integrate HR, resourcing and program stakeholders into the delivery of the resourcing project, driving action to achieve headcount growth
- Lead lessons learnt and continuous improvement activities on resourcing initiatives
- Support stakeholders to problem solve operational resourcing issues and develop potential resourcing solutions
- Support the continuous improvement of the current resourcing practices across the broader business

**About you**:
**As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have**:

- Previous experience managing a project including the creation of scoping documents, simple project plans and weekly reporting
- Ability to effectively hold key stakeholders accountable for delivery
- Creative process developer with the ability to identify and implement new ideas
- Clear, concise and confident communicator with the ability to facilitate/chair reviews with senior leaders
- Proficient in creating, analysing and presenting data for management review and action
- Ability to work collaboratively in a complex business/project environment
