The Customer Relations team are offering a fixed-term contract until February 2025 to join their highly motivated and driven team.
The successful applicant will have a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, the ability to communicate effectively, a strong attention to detail and a willingness to work in a team environment.
**Your Key responsibilities will include**:
- Provide effective and efficient customer service for the Council via all customer contact channels.
- Striving to deliver a first-contact resolution at every opportunity.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience through every interaction.
- Viewing the City of PAE through the customer’s lens and continually working towards service improvements.
- Undertaking specific tasks, functions and projects that fall within the scope of this position.
- Assisting with the development of work practices and procedures that support Customer service excellence.

Both positions are a level 3:
- Full-time position having a current salary range of $80,915.11- $87,019.18 + Super
- Part-time position salary range of $64,732.09 - $69,615.34 + Super (0.8 FTE)
