**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and organise marketing plans, campaign to support sales objectives
- Advising executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness, and effectively promoting the business.
- Be able to plan and execute marketing strategies, work with external agencies to coordinate and implement marketing campaign materials to support sales objectives
- Organised, hardworking, and willing to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Manage relationship with key partners
- Train sales staff and other marketing staff
- Budget Management
- Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences
- Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends
- Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs
- Quarterly Marketing brand reporting.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Combination of qualification and experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of health and hygiene requirements
- Knowledge of Australian work safety standards
- Self - motivated and Able to work efficiently
- Good time management and initiative skills
- Level of fitness, Flexible to work, Positive attitude

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
