We are Looking for a superstar Inbound and Care Support Specialist with a desire to make a difference.

At the myHomecare Group you will be part of a team of likeminded individuals across the country who support older Australians to continue living in their homes longer. With a rich 100-year history, we have been delivering exceptional care to older Australians since the year our oldest client was born. We have the added benefit of an innovative, creative, and passionate team who are constantly striving to get even better outcomes for our clients.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Completing internal client transfers
- Arranging information kits to be sent to prospective clients
- Attending to current and overdue documentation
- Uploading all relevant client documentation to our CRM
- Completing funding checklists
- Manage and answer a high volume of prospect calls
- allocate leads as per our allocation process
- Documenting all client correspondence and communications in the CRM
- Maintaining basic knowledge of our products and services

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Proven experience in a fast-paced administration and/or customer service role
- Demonstrated experience in a sales environment
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient
- A passion and commitment to making a difference in Aged Care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The right to work in Australia
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (the myHomecare Group will organise via WorkPro at no cost)
