**About the Client**:
Our business partner is an established Australian dairy company producing a diverse range of products for the domestic and international markets.

We are a rapidly expanding business, and are looking for Filling Operator (Machine Operator) to commence immediately.

**Shift**: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 6:00pm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To set up and run production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently including fillers, can seamers, and labellers
- Working in cooperation to keep the machine stocked and running with fitments
- To conduct all quality control checks, measures and controls as required to ensure food safety and quality
- Inspecting product for visual defects and complete inspection report on a periodic basis
- Leave area in a clean condition and complete all cleaning duties as required including removal and correct disposal of rubbish
- Assist with preventative maintenance as required
- Assist in the training of other staff members as appropriate.

**Key Requirements**
- Filling machine operating experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Mechanically minded with experience in assembling / disassembling machinery
- Physically fit able to lift up to 25kg
- An understanding of HACCP and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety, and reliability
- Has a keen eye for detail and ability to troubleshoot
- Strong communication skills
- Can seamer experience - Preferred.

- Carrum, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
