**Role Overview**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Scheduling Analyst to join our International Integrated Program Planning and Control (IPP&C) team to support our Australian facility. Reporting to the International IPP&C Lead, and you will interface and work with Program Management, Engineering, and Operations. You will provide guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis and be an integral part of the Program Management Team providing advice, consultation, and analysis with regards to the creation and execution of the program plan.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Interact with Control Account Managers (CAMs)/Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads to develop intermediate schedules and incorporate them into the IMS.
- Participate in the development of proposals including the creation of interim schedules and providing advice for the creation of Basis of Estimate documents.
- Incorporate regular status and ETC updates into the IMS based on inputs from CAMs.
- Conduct thorough critical path and driving path analysis of the IMS.
- Monitor progress against baselines, identify issues and work around plans.
- Generate Schedule Risk Assessment models (SRA) to determine likelihood of achieving program milestones.
- Assist the Project Cost Analyst with regularly scheduled and unscheduled tasks to ensure cost and schedule are integrated.
- Provide required and requested schedule-related reports to Program Management including highlights of schedule-related issues affecting program execution and recommendations for mitigation.
- Support Program Reviews/ EAC Reviews/ Gate 4 reviews
- Support ongoing compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits.
- Provide Cover for other International Locations (UK/ Germany/ Canada)

**Skills and experience**:

- This position requires previous relevant experience i.e. within a finance/project planning/project management role
- Working knowledge of MS project
- Experience with Earned Value concepts preferred
- Strong Analytical skills
- Ability to work in cross functional teams.
- Experience of presenting to large groups and leadership.
- Australian Citizenship is required
