On behalf of Bismillah Group Pty Ltd, a versatile company specialising in CCTV and electronic maintenance, cleaning services and gardening solutions for both residential and commercial clients, we are conducting a search for a detail-oriented and passionate gardener. Our expert horticulturists and landscapers enhance outdoor spaces with their meticulous gardening services. We are based in Ingleburn, NSW 2565.

**Current Opening**:
This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week).

Position Responsibilities and Tasks
- Regularly mowing lawns to maintain an even and manicured appearance.
- Ensuring crisp and defined edges around lawns and garden beds.
- Removing weeds from lawns and garden areas to promote a neat and tidy appearance.
- Trimming and shaping hedges along pathways and walkways to maintain a well-groomed and accessible outdoor space.
- Proper disposal of green waste generated during maintenance activities, adhering to environmental regulations.
- Operating and maintaining various gardening tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and chainsaws.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Identifying and treating plant diseases, as well as implementing pest control measures to protect the health of the garden.
- Regularly trimming and pruning trees, bushes, and hedges to maintain their shape, encourage healthy growth, and ensure safety.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Relevant qualifications
- A minimum of two-three years' experience in a similar role.
- A good understanding of plant varieties, soil types, and horticultural practices is essential.
- Familiarity with various horticultural techniques such as planting, propagation, and soil improvement is beneficial.

**Salary**:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
